I offer coaching for individuals who have discovered that their ADHD is creating difficulty in their personal, work or school lives. We meet once or twice for an initial evaluation and to come up with beginning coping strategies. After that, we determine how frequently to meet, usually doing so every two or three weeks. Between meetings I am available by e-mail for problems and tweaking strategies.
We work on organizational skills, time management, executive functioning skills and any other problems related to ADHD.
I also coach parents in dealing with their ADHD children.
